All purchases made through this website, including books, merchandise, tickets, consulting deposits, and digital products, are considered final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of these offerings, we do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by law.

 

1. Books, Merchandise, and Event Products

All physical and digital sales related to books, branded products, event materials, or downloadable content are final upon purchase. We do not accept returns for opened, downloaded, or used items.

 

2. Consulting, Strategy Sessions, and Bookings

Deposits or full payments made for consulting sessions, leadership engagements, workshops, keynote bookings, or media appearances are non-refundable, even if the client cancels or fails to attend. If scheduling conflicts arise, our team may offer to reschedule at its discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

 

3. Tickets and Event Registrations

All registrations for events, signings, workshops, and public engagements are final and non-transferable unless explicitly stated. If an event is postponed, purchased registrations may be transferred to the new date, but will not be refunded.

 

4. Digital Content

Downloads, access codes, online learning materials, and any digital resources are delivered immediately at purchase and are not refundable under any circumstance.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a physical item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days with:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photo documentation

If verified, we may provide a replacement at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged items.

 

6. Unauthorized Purchases

We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by individuals other than the purchasing cardholder. Please contact your financial institution for dispute support if needed.

 

7. Policy Agreement

By completing a purchase on this website or through official booking channels, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. No exceptions will be made beyond what is stated above unless required by applicable law.
